Mr. Plettner is a partner at the investment banking firm of Pablo Rión y Asociados, where he has over 10 years of experience and has participated in over 60 transactions including sales processes, acquisitions, debt and equity raisings (both private and public), restructurings, valuations of diverse assets as well as damages, among others. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Plettner worked for 3 years as manager of Publix, S.A., a graphic design studio, and Star Technologies, S.A., a company active in the design of information systems, businesses he founded in 1996 and 1997, respectively.

Marisol is the founder and CEO at a’govest - a women-focused financial tools and education platform for women in Mexico. Prior to a’govest, she co-founded and was COO of Play Business, the first and largest equity crowdfunding platform in Mexico. In 2016, she was named the “Most Influential Entrepreneur” in Mexico by the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and led the company to be one of Forbes “30 Promises in Business”.

Opportunity for Prosperity.” He has also supervised Capstone classes examining the resource curse, and its
impact, in Colombia, Mozambique, Namibia, Peru and Tanzania and the potential of small states, specifically
Estonia and Namibia, to be global leaders. Radon was awarded a Fulbright to the Makerere University Law School
in Uganda. He serves as a member of the Board of Advisors of Stevens Business School, Direct Relief and the
Harriman Institute.

Luis Orvañanos Riveroll es el Director y Consejero Delegado de Actinver Inversiones y Valores en Madrid, tras haber dirigido desde 2009 el proyecto de crear esa entidad financiera española como parte de la internacionalización de Actinver.
Desde 1984, su trayectoria profesional ha estado totalmente orientada a los mercados financieros; ha desarrollado diversas funciones relacionadas con la gestión de inversiones y gestión patrimonial para clientes en casas de bolsa y bancos, y de 1994 a 2008 participó en firmas independientes enfocadas al manejo, administración y planeación patrimonial, habiendo fundado en 1994 una de éstas como Asesor Independiente de Inversiones.
